The famous Kuredu Repeater Boat – a gift of thanks!
17 Dec 2017With the festive season upon us and with Christmas around the corner, the sight of so many familiar faces returning to Prodivers on Kuredu has given the team a warm fuzzy feeling.
Prodivers are proud that for so many people, Kuredu is their home away from home, a place they keep returning to year after year. To thank the repeater divers and snorkelers for their loyalty, the traditional and, by now, famous, repeater boat was organized, as it is approximately 2-3 times per year when there are so many repeaters on the Island all at the same time. 34 repeaters joined the fun dive to Kuredu Express to enjoy some big fish action while the snorkelers went to look for dolphins in the Atoll. Whilst on the dive some of the guests enjoyed sightings of sharks, eagle rays and turtles and the regular plethora of beautiful reef fish. The dive was great fun, the snorkelers on the boat had a great time chatting and tanning whilst looking for dolphins, and everyone enjoyed a great BBQ on the boat, enjoying each other’s company right up until the sun set over Kuredu.
FUN FACT
If the number of visits of all the repeater guests diving and snorkelling with Prodivers at this time were to be added up it would accumulate to 288 visits, an average of 8.5 visits per diver!
– An interesting fun fact that the team are very proud of and grateful for.
The Prodivers team are looking forward to diving and snorkelling with their beloved repeater guests next time they visit Kuredu; hopefully the generous repeater discounts offered on diving will ensure a return trip someday soon!
