The online diver registration service is very convenient and easy to use: simply complete the details of your stay, your personal details and then answer a few questions about the diving you would like to do with us. The diver medical questionnaire forms part of the service and is an excellent way for you to check if you need medical clearance prior to your holiday. The form will automatically flag up queries for which you will need to bring a signed declaration from your doctor.
