It’s with great pleasure that we would like to introduce you to the new management and instructor team on Komandoo!

Alexis and Elodie took over the management of the dive center following the departure of Rosa and Josep at the start of June. Prior to coming across to Komandoo, Elodie and Alexis spent three years working as instructors on Kuredu. They originally came expecting to stay just a short period, but due to the family atmosphere and having enjoyed their time so much, they stayed much longer. For the last 6 months of their time on Kuredu, both Elodie and Alexis were enrolled in a management training program to help smooth the transition – Rosa and Josep had left big fins to fill after all. Not content to make their way across to Komandoo quietly, Elodie and Alexis took 5 scooters with them to help enhance the experience of diving in the Lhaviyani Atoll.

Leandro (Lea) and Leandra (Leo) arrived on Komandoo on the 1st June, and are settling into island life very nicely as they embark on their first adventure in the Maldives. Having completed their IDC in Cozumel in Mexico, they are both happy to be working as instructors.

We would like to wish Alexis, Elodie, Lea and Leo all the very best for the coming months / years on Komandoo! And take care of those scooters!
