One of the great things about being part of the Prodivers family is the opportunity to experience working at different Maldives resorts, with a wide range of people and getting to know an incredible variety of reefs. Our instructors often stay with us for many years (a testament to being part of a great team) not always on the same island but also relocating to different resort islands in our collection, this brings many advantages – the instructors gain wider experience of the Maldives since the reefs, conditions and even marine life can be very different in the different areas, they get to meet and work with more people and it keeps things exciting with new places to discover.

Our instructors are experts in their field, with a vast amount of first-hand knowledge about diving, not just at various locations in the Maldives, but often across the world too. If you have a list as long as your arm of the places you’d like to dive, chat to our team and find out who’s been to them, you’re bound to bump into someone who has and it may help narrow your list down a little!
