Kuredu’s bars afford comfortable venues with a wide selection of drinks available, be it refreshing afternoon drinks or evening entertainment.
Bonthi Restaurant
Bonthi Restaurant is located within the signature building of Kuredu in the centre of the island and it is the main restaurant for the guests in Garden Bungalows and Beach Bungalows for all their meals. Bonthi serves international and local cuisine on rotating theme nights chosen from around the world.
Koamas Restaurant
Koamas Restaurant is also situated in the renovated signature building of Kuredu, serving international and local buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all guests in villas on the southern coast of the island comprising of some Beach Villas, and Jacuzzi Beach Villas.
Sangu Restaurant
Sangu Restaurant is the allocated restaurant for the guests in the Sangu Water Villas and some Jacuzzi Beach Villas. It serves wide buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Set close to the sandbank and looking out onto the ocean, it is hard to find a nicer setting for your meals. This restaurant accepts guests above the age of 18 years only.
‘O’ Restaurant
The ‘O’ Restaurant with its decking spreading over the water on the eastern end of the island has an ambience of being at one with nature. Listen to the waves and glimpse the astonishingly bright stars sparkling on the ocean whilst enjoying the wide choice at the buffet and show cooking stations. This is the allocated restaurant for ‘O’ Beach Villas on the north eastern part of the island. This restaurant accepts guests above 12 years of age only.
The Beach à la carte restaurant
Whether you are a meat lover or a fish lover, the parade of culinary miracles is about to start. From local tuna and reef fish to rib eye steak and pork tenderloin and with a spectacular finish of a coconut volcano, The Beach can satisfy all tastes! Tables can be arranged under cover, on the deck or even on right on the beach with the ocean just a few steps away.
The Far East à la carte restaurant
A dining experience at our Far East Restaurant is not only a culinary journey to the mystic cuisine of Japan, it is a meditation of the palate and an explosion of unique tastes. Our delicious recipes extract the most tantalizing spices from these regions to create an entirely new gastronomic adventure. Dine and be entertained at the Teppanyaki bar or take a table on the deck or beach, whichever you choose it will be a dinner to remember.
Franco’s à la carte restaurant
The Cuisine is Mediterranean and includes food highlights of Spanish, Greek and Italian cuisine! Spices, herbs and fresh ingredients from our greenhouse and herb garden are mingled harmoniously with poultry, red meat, fresh fish and seafood to create a delightful experience for all tastes! The wide selection of Tapas, Pizzas and Calzones, the fresh pastas and desserts that you only find in a sun kissed Mediterranean tratoria, taverna or tapas bar add a different note to the menu.
Babuna Bar
This is the main bar on the island and is situated between the Bonthi and Koamas Restaurants. The varied entertainment program centers around this bar with discos, crab racing, live bands and much more.
Akiri Bar
Situated next to the main reception this quiet bar has an outside terrace and an undercover area, it’s the perfect retreat for after dinner drinks and a romantic evening.
Sangu Bar
Cosy, comfortable and situated close to Kuredu’s beautiful sandbank, Sangu Bar has a terrace with great views of the stars sparkling on the ocean.
‘O’ Bar
Luxury entwined with a beautiful setting and stunning vies over the ocean, the ‘O’ Bar is at the very end of the north-east part of the island with views of the Indian Ocean and distant deserted islands, if you are lucky you may even spot dolphins swimming through the famous Kuredu Express channel at sunset.
Golf Bar
Quench your thirst with a cold beer or a soft drink after your golf practice on the first and largest course in the Maldives. Surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation, it’s the perfect end to your round of golf, non-golfers also welcome!
Sai Kotari
A romantic tea house, situated at the end of Kuredu jetty, Sai Kotari offers exclusive tea specialities and a variety of coffee cocktails. Open from dusk until midnight, you can watch occasional boats passing by and the underwater lighting allows you watch the ocean life even after dark.
Sunset Bar
Located directly on the sandbank with a wonderful view, the Sunset Bar is the perfect place to enjoy the most romantic sight on the island – the sunset. With the sand between your toes, a cocktail in your and the sound of the waves lapping the shore it will be hard to peel yourselves away for dinner. The memory of your special sunset will be etched in your mind forever.
Pool Bar
Situated next to Franco’s by the side of the pool, the Pool Bar makes a great meeting place before dinner. Sit and watch the reflection of the swaying palms on the surface of the pool while the bartenders blend you the perfect cocktail.
