About
Miaruvani Thila is a small, deep thila, with a host of macro subjects which are great for photographers! The sides of the dive site are made up of walls and overhangs full of glassfish. Octopus, mantis shrimps, juvenile yellow boxfish, and many lionfish all wait and pose while you take their photo.
Under the coral blocks around the edge of the top reef you can find well-camouflaged stonefish. Rare harlequin shrimps are occasionally found under a small coral block in the middle of the top reef, while clown fish make their homes in the many anemones. Blue-fin jacks patrol the reef hunting the huge clouds of tiny silver bait fish.
