Thank you to all who visited the Prodivers stand at the Go Diving Show at Stoneleigh Park in Coventry at the weekend – it was great to see you! We chatted to some of our UK repeater guests about their past trips, and reminisced about amazing dives with sharks, turtle encounters and underwater scooter fun! It was wonderful to chat about the Maldives with countless visitors to our stand who had ‘diving in the Maldives’ on their bucket lists!

There was a buzz of activity with a huge variety of exhibitors – everything from shops selling all the usual diving essentials including wetsuits (changing rooms were available for the all-important wrestling into new neoprene!), to tour operators offering every imaginable dive destination, and artists selling amazing marine inspired art. The younger attendees could be seen gazing at the colourful displays as well as donning the virtual reality headset on the PADI stand to get a glimpse of the underwater world ready for when they are old enough to experience it for real. Splashes were constantly coming from the try dive pool and there was even an apnea training session. Interesting and inspirational talks on the main stage and two other smaller presentation areas meant carefully planning the day so as not to miss the ones you wanted to see!
