Full Face Mask diving fun on Kuredu
13 Feb 2017Have you ever thought about how it would feel if your mask had an integrated regulator? Would you like to breathe naturally through your nose rather than your mouth? Imagine how comfortable it would be with no mouthpiece between your teeth. How much more would you see with an increased field of view?
Sounds like fun? These are the main advantages of using the Full Face Mask (FFM) during your dives around Kuredu.
Diving with a Full Face Mask is more popular than ever and it’s soon to be featured as an Adventure Dive in the PADI Advanced Course. With our weekly Introduction to FFM program you get to try diving with this whole new concept in dive equipment. If you love it as much as we do, there is the opportunity to broaden your diving experience and further your skills with the PADI Full Face Mask Speciality course. It includes a confined water session in the shallows, where you will learn the necessary skills to dive safely and become familiar with the equipment; followed by two open water dives where you will become comfortable diving with the Ocean Reef Full Face Mask.
For all the cold water divers out there, the increased thermal protection is a big advantage and, by adding a communication unit, you get the additional advantage (or disadvantage, depending on your buddy!) of being able to talk to each other during the dive. And the most fun? If you feel like it, you can even sing!
So, what are you waiting for? Try it for yourself and join one of our weekly Full Face Mask Intros, or, enrol for the PADI FFM Speciality and let the fun begin.
