It is with regret that we bring news of the loss of Vakarufalhi from the Prodivers family. The resort closed its doors back in April 2020, along with the rest of the Maldives but was unfortunately unable to open up again as planned.

As many of you know, Prodivers has been operating the dive centre on Vakarufalhi since 1994 and, apart from one year of closure from 2008 to 2009, we were able to share the wonderful waters and marine life that this part of the Maldives is renowned for with many of you until March 2020.

The Prodivers team is going to miss being able to offer diving from Vakarufalhi but, our dive centre at Lily Beach Resort & Spa is close by and also set amidst the fantastic diving that South Ari Atoll offers so you can still visit your favourite sites, say hello to the whale sharks and wave to the mantas, at the same time as discovering a different resort! Those of you who have dived with Prodivers at Vakarufalhi (or any of our other resorts) can of course still take advantage of our generous Repeater Discount scheme as it’s valid at all of our dive centers!

We hope to dive with you again soon, our teams at Lily Beach, Kuredu, Komandoo, Innahura, Hurawalhi and Kudadoo are ready and waiting to share incredible dives with you.
