At Prodivers we are fortunate that to have a steady team and our instructors tend to extend their contracts and stay with us a lot longer than they originally plan – a testament to the great diving and team atmosphere we have here! With long-standing team members comes difficult farewells – all good things must come to an end and we sadly waved off our Dive Center Manager, Carola, recently.

Carola’s story is one that shows, with the right attitude, you can work your way up through the ranks with Prodivers believing in and investing in you. Back in 2016 Carola joined the Kuredu team as a snorkel guide which she loved, in 2017 she qualified as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor at one of our PADI Instructor Development Courses and she went on to introduce many guests of all ages to the incredible underwater world of the Maldives. A year later, in 2018, she was promoted to Assistant Dive Center Manager and also took on the responsibility of our other centres to cover team holidays. In early 2020, Carola was appointed Dive Center Manager at Kuredu and she has been a highly valued and respected member of the team.

It has been an absolute pleasure to have Carola at the helm of Prodivers Kuredu and we wish her well in her future ventures.
