Dive Update: Vakarufalhi
10 Dec 2012
Vakarufalhi have been reporting some great dives recently. Improving visibility and clam seas suggests that the dive conditions are really starting to improve. This week they have had a lot of napoleon action, with multiple napoleon fish being spotted on every dive they have done – something that doesn’t happen in many places in the world.
Growing up to 2m in length napoleons have few natural enemies on the reef, and often will come and have a look at the divers in their territory, this can allow for some fantastic close up shots – like this one taken by Fareed, our resident Dive master.
