Guests at Innahura Maldives wasted no time in getting in the water; the resort only opened this week and already the crystal clear and calm lagoon is enticing people to explore the underwater world with the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience.

A couple of Innahura’s first guests, Andreas and Julia, embarked upon their first dive under the expert guidance of Svenja. First of all they learned about the equipment they would be using along with some basic hand signals before heading into the lagoon for a shallow dive to get comfortable with the feeling of breathing underwater.

After the lagoon dive the adventure continues the next day with a trip to a dive site by boat where the divers see some of the incredible marine life of the Maldives. A further dive can also be completed with a special package price for all three. Anyone who seeks yet more underwater adventure can continue with more of these dives or embark upon a certification course – some of the content of which will already have been completed during the Discover Scuba Diving program!
