Climbing the diving career ladder with Prodivers
26 Jan 2017Continuing education is at the core of Prodivers, whether it’s teaching team members to dive, holding dive site training sessions or supporting them through the PADI Instructor Development Course and beyond. Prodivers believes it’s important to keep up to date with skills and encourages its staff to continue their diving training, granting them opportunities to follow their dreams.
The ‘follow your dreams’ ethos is very good for team morale but also great news for guests as the team around them are knowledgeable and trained to put safety first.
The training isn’t just for instructors: every single member of the team knows what they’re doing – office team love to have a chat about marine life, boat crews are always keen to hear about the reef under the surface and trolley boys, although no water-babies, love hearing about your underwater discoveries.
Prodivers Snorkel Guide, Carola, is about to fulfill her dream of becoming a PADI Instructor. Carola was an Open Water Diver when she arrived, and within a short time she managed to finish her Advanced Open Water Diver course and Rescue Diver course, as well as the Emergency First Responder course. Now she is on her way to becoming a PADI Professional with the Divemaster course, soon to be followed by the upcoming Instructor Development Course.
If you would like to advance your own diving skills and take the next step on the PADI career ladder, join Carola at the forthcoming Instructor Development Course that will take place from 21st April until the 1st May at Kuredu Island Resort & Spa, Maldives. Kuredu Prodivers is the largest 5-star Instructor Development Center in the Maldives, one of the world’s diving hot spots. PADI Course Director Miha Frlec will be conducting this course in English.
