Prodivers Christmas Plans07 Dec 2018
It’s the most wonderful time of the year and the Prodivers teams are full of good cheer (as always!). They have been as busy as elves planning the festive scuba diving program, we wouldn’t want to spoil all the fun but here is a sneak preview of the events at our dive centers across the Maldives…
The team at Hurawalhi have planned a Christmas snorkel boat in the afternoon of the 26th December, guests will be joined by the Marine Biologist and the trip will be free of charge; on the same day, certified divers will be able to join the Christmas House Reef dive. On 1st January 2019, there will be a dive/snorkel boat in the afternoon – a great way to start the new year!
At Prodivers Komandoo there will be the traditional treasure hunt on the 25th December for divers and snorkellers alike. Prodivers staff will guide guests through the lagoon and house reef where Santa has placed some little tags for everyone participating. Tags will be exchanged for exciting presents which the guests can enjoy while having a cold beverage and Christmas bread straight from Santa’s oven.
The highlight of Kuredu Prodivers’ festive activities will be the Christmas Eve Treasure Hunt on the 24th of December for snorkellers and divers in the lagoon and on the house reef – meet at the Dive Centre at 2 pm. After the treasure hunt Santa will hand over Christmas presents for all participants. The team will also be organising Christmas themed family snorkel boats throughout the festive season.
Lily Beach is well prepared and the underwater Christmas tree is already waiting for our divers in the lagoon. Prodivers will host a Christmas Treasure Hunt on the 24th December with a photo shoot next to the Christmas tree. On the 25th of December there will be a Sunset Boat Dive to celebrate this very special time of the year. The team on Lily Beach is looking forward to meeting you under the Christmas tree in the lagoon.
Each week in December there will be a free mini try-dive in the lagoon – look for Prodivers team members walking around in Santa hats on the beach. Guests can enjoy a Christmas Day dive and as a present from the team, there will be a special photo shoot for divers who join them on a boat dive on Christmas Day (25th)! Put on a Santa hat underwater and smile! On New Years Day divers can start the year off perfectly – with a morning dive!
