Prodivers is proud to be supporting the Atoll Challenge, a fundraising campaign aimed at helping the Maldivian Thalassaemia Society purchase desferal pumps needed for the treatment of patients affected by this serious blood disorder.

Starting on Sunday on Kuredu, the Atoll Challenge team will paddle a distance of over 100 kilometers in sea kayaks around the Lhaviyani Atoll and is planned to return to the resort five days later, on the 8th May (World Thalassaemia Day). The team will put their best efforts into raising awareness about Thalassaemia, and into raising funds needed to plug the shortage of fifty desferal pumps that currently exists in the country.

Prodivers is proud to be able to support the campaign and contribute its share to the well-being of the Maldivians in need.
