Now that’s a number that not many people can boast of having done! This week saw Rosa, our dive center manager on Komandoo complete her 6000th logged dive! An awesome achievement, and one that we would like to congratulate her on!

It’s a staggering 16 years ago, almost to the day that Rosa came to the Maldives with Josep to work as instructors on Kuredu. After a long stint working on Kuredu, Rosa and Josep jumped at the chance of taking over the management of the Komandoo dive center.

Clearly not wanting to be sat behind a desk everyday, Rosa has kept her fins on and active and is now a member of a very exclusive club.

To celebrate the dive in style, Rosa, her scooter divers, Josep, Jasmin and John went to Kalhifushifaru Corner where even the sharks were out in full force to join the party!

Well done once again Rosa!
