Back in December 1988 Prodivers, and Kuredu Resort Maldives, opened to guests for the very first time and it’s now time to celebrate their 30th Anniversary!

The last 30 years have seen Prodivers grow to become one of the largest diving operations in the country and, as such, there is a large multi-lingual team of instructors and snorkel guides ready and waiting to show guests what the Maldives does best – the underwater world! Despite the size, Prodivers still manages to retain the personal, friendly atmosphere it started with many years ago.

This year’s celebrations are set to be magnificent, the resort has a Mardi Gras theme and their full programme of events can be found here. The Prodivers celebrations will center around the afternoon of 12th December, when diving guests are invited to take part in a special anniversary photo dive – this has become something of a tradition on all of Prodivers’ big anniversaries and is a memorable occasion for all involved – simply sign up at the dive center. Later in the afternoon, there will be cake and refreshments served at Ocean Watersport for all diving guests.

Prodivers would like to thank each and every one of you who has dived or snorkelled with us over the past 30 years, you really have made us what we are today.
