21. THE PEAK
The Peak dive site is a tongue shaped reef pointing out into the channel. The profile of the reef changes during the dive through terraces, slopes, walls and drop-offs. At the channel edge eagle rays and stingrays can be seen as well as tuna and jack fish. If there is a strong current, then there is also the chance of seeing grey reef sharks.
Along the reef there are some small overhangs full of red whip corals and shiny tiger cowry shells. Along a ledge at 12 meters there are schooling banner fish and collared butterfly fish. If you look carefully you will find leaf fish rocking from side to side as they camouflage themselves against the reef.
