2. BODUFINOLHU THILA
Bodufinolhu Thila dive site is a deep and small Thila, which lies on a sandy plateau, 10 - 20 meters away from a sloping outreef.
Bodufinolhu Thila is covered in hard coral. Take a peek beneath the coral blocks for baby white tip reef sharks. The sandy plateau is often visited by stingrays and there is a further chance of seeing white tip reef sharks here. Where the current hits the thila, schooling mobula mantas are often seen. When the season and currents are right, there is also the chance of seeing the gentle giants, the whaleshark.
