Ute and Miha are here again to run this year’s second IDC on Kuredu.
The course kicked off with the 4 days Assistant Instructor Course and we’re happy to announce that all 8 candidates have successfully completed it! They’re now busy with the Emergency First Response Instructor Course and the 6 days Open Water Scuba Instructor Course will start on Monday! (more…)
After training hard the last couple of days, finally all 5 candidates are now proudly entitled to call themselves PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors after having successfully finished the IE.
The morning after the IE the new Instructors couldn’t wait to go out for a fun dive and went for an Early Morning dive on the boat.

After studying hard the last couple of days, the group decided to free their minds for the IE starting soon and went for a 2 Tank Fluoro Nightdive on Anemone Thila.
To get familiar with the dive site first, they jumped in for the first dive late in the afternoon for doing a chilled relaxed dive. As soon as the sun was going down, they got ready for the Fluoro Dive, excited about how it will be. (more…)
During the last few days of the IDC, the group went into the lagoon of Kuredu to do some training for the confined water presentations.
All candidates performed very well and enjoyed being underwater instead of sitting in the classroom!

The next PADI Instructor Development Course to be held on Kuredu is just around the corner, starting on the 2nd of May!
If you fancy taking the next step and turning Pro, the IDC marks your step into the Instructor world. The intimate atmosphere that the IDCs are conducted in offer candidates a high chance of passing the Examination at the end of the course. (more…)
The next Instructor Development Course with Prodivers Kuredu will start very soon; Ute and Miha Frlec are coming to Kuredu from the 2nd to the 15th of May to teach the first IDC of the year and will be back for another from the 10th to the 20th of September.

To wrap up a successful year, Ute Frlec, Prodivers’ IDC Course Director, was awarded PADI Professional Member of December. Congratulations!
Honestly, we can’t think of anyone more devoted to instructor-level training than Ute. Her IDCs are very popular due to her friendly, supportive and open way of guiding candidates through the courses. (more…)
After 2 weeks of hard work, we are very happy to report that all our IDC candidates have successfully passed their instructor exams here on Kuredu.
Congratulations to Kim and David from the UK, and also to Ivo from the Netherlands for becoming Open Water Scuba Instructors.
Lots of specialty courses, such as Nitrox, Wreck, Night, Drift, Deep and gas blending were also completed on top of the OWSI allowing more (more…)
