A newcomer to the BOOT in Düsseldorf, ‘Fourth Element’ is presenting their collection for the first time in Germany at the exhibition.

During the last past month we were busy with renovating our Kuredu Prodivers dive centre to make it even more comfortable and nice for our guests.

There are actually no rocks underwater in the Maldivian reefs. Everything solid that you can see underwater is either a coral or any human left over like, for instance, a wreck.

From the 22nd to the 30th of January Prodivers will be present in the Boot Show in Duesseldorf. As every year Staffan, Ray, Rosa & Sabine will be there representing Prodivers.
You can find us in the diving hall stand number 3 D 50. We are sharing the stand with NRC.
The next Instructor Development Course with Prodivers Kuredu will start very soon; Ute and Miha Frlec are coming to Kuredu from the 2nd to the 15th of May to teach the first IDC of the year and will be back for another from the 10th to the 20th of September.

As many of you will know, the elusive whale shark is an extremely infrequent visitor to our waters, so when we heard a rumour that some of them had been spotted on the outreef at Kanifushi we immediately filled a boat with divers and headed down there!

One of our guests couldn’t hide his amazement when he discovered a very strange fish on Anemone Thila.
Excitedly, he called Markus, one of our instructors, and showed him his discovery. Markus was just as amazed - A big pink-/orange coloured Giant Frogfish (Antennarius commerson) was sitting proudly on show in the middle of a big table coral.
